The Glidden House is in a fantastic location near a natural history museum. It is situated in a lovely area close to the art museum, downtown, and other interesting spots in Cleveland. The building and rooms are beautiful, offering great views.

We loved the charming, slightly dated rooms in the old mansion. The location was perfect for exploring Case Western and University Circle on foot, and even Cleveland Clinic was within long walking distance. The easy accessibility from the airport train was a major plus. The staff was kind and the wifi was reliable. The comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep. The breakfast in the sunroom was delightful, with a good variety of options. as low-budget travelers, we appreciated the comfortable and clean accommodations and convenient location.

I was in Cleveland for meetings at the Museum of Art so the location of Glidden House was perfect. I liked being near the Frank Gehry designed business school and in the future, when the Museum of Contemporary Art moves nearby, this will be an even better location for cultural/ architectural visits. With the weds evening concerts between the museum and botanical gardens, it is also a great place to see cleveland-ers at play. The rooms were charming and unique, the building historic, and the service fantastic. I liked the scale of the hotel as it felt intimate. I loved the complimentary breakfast and beverages available through the day. The service was professional and always friendly and accommodating. I had to leave at 5.30am for an early train, and was offered coffee, water and a pastry to take with me for breakfast before I left. Great value.

In general I was very satisfied with my stay, and the room was on the whole lovely and clean, but the bathtub could have been cleaner.
